Multnomah Falls

Dear Diary...
Kim, Brandon, Jackson, Noah and I decieded to go on a day trip...

It started when we all got into the car and Noah began to drive in a general westward direction...

After being in the car for around two hours we stopped in a lovely little town, in a lovely little valley, next to a lovely little river, for food and water...
and when we continued on our journey we decided to take the road less traveled...only we got lost on our way there...

but eventually we found our way there...
and it was definately a sight to see...

back in the car, with Brandon now driving we sped toward our destination... and reached it...
looking up at the falls was beautiful... but what if we climbed to the top and looked down?
so that's what we decided to do... we hiked along the narrow path until we reached the bridge...
and someone kindly offered to take a picture of our group...
and then we hiked... and hiked... and hiked... and hiked...

and we stopped at some cool trees along the side of the trail to take some more photos...
and then we hiked some more...until we finally reached the top of the falls...
we stood on the deck that overlooked the top of the falls and took a whole bunch of pictures...

on our way back we saw a path that lead up stream from the waterfall and decided to walk up that way...
where we found even more places to take pictures...

and then we finally headed back down the mountain taking pictures all along the way...

we ate pizza at spooky's... and finally we headed home...

Things I've always wanted to do...

Dear Diary...
Here are some things i've always wanted to do...

1.      Go puddle jumping/walking in the rain with someone and get totally soaked.
2.      Pet a baby Tiger.

3.      Eat a whole pint of ice cream in one night.

4.      Pay for a meal only in coins.

5.      Scream at the top of my lungs in the middle of a crowd of people.

6.      Walk up to a complete stranger and pretend to know them and see if they play along.

7.      Build an awesome sand castle.

8.      Paint my dogs nails.

9.      Watch stars with someone on a rooftop.

10  Write Santa a letter and send it to the North Pole.
I DID IT! thanks Daynie for finding that place in Macys where they let you write letters to Santa and then mail them! ONE DOWN! 14 to go...

11.  Go caroling in June.

12.  Take a Wal-Mart bike for a “test drive” around the entire store.

13.  Have a picnic in a busy parking lot.

14.  Get kissed in the pouring rain.
15.  Make someones wish come true.
